The course is carried out in an international atmosphere where participants come from the B.Sc program, exchange students and double-degree. The course is held in English. Tasks includes also an international aspect to it.
The Student:
- understands the main purposes of management accounting and budget follow-up
- understands the difference between financial accounting and management accounting
- understands the controller function in companies and other organizations and know the main tasks of them
- knows the characteristics of different kinds of costs and can allocate them sufficiently to different divisions, units, cost centers and/or products
- knows how to draw right conclusions from Management accounting calculations and can suggest different options for management decisions based on the calculations
Reports not handed in or are of unacceptable level of quality (including missed DLs) of the reports and/or presentations.
Group report handed in and presented, and the KLN handed in. Both at an approvable level of quality. Student's activity at an acceptable level.
