The course consists of lectures and guest lectures, discussions and group work, and production of a service design brochure for companies.
Content:
-Introduction to design thinking
-Basics of service design process
-Basics of service design tools and methods
The purpose of this course is to give students a general idea of what service design is and how it may be applied to business development. Emphasis is on understanding the way of thinking behind service design.
