This course aims to provide the students with knowledge and understanding of cross cultural impact on international businesses, with a specific focus on cross cultural communication, negotiation and teamwork. Students are able to display and apply understanding of cultural differences when interacting with different nationalities as well as understand the challenges and opportunities of doing business in various cultures.

Evaluation
1. Examination is worth 40 % of the total grade (10.02.2021 at 12:30-15.00)
2. Task 1 is worth 20 % of the total grade. Reading and presenting topics in cross cultural management (pair work:15% of the grading) and opponent work: giving a constructive feedback or peer to peer learning (5 % of the grading) (every week 4 chapters)
3. Task 2 is worth 40 % of the total grade: Group task in a video poster on cross cultural projects. The student will do a country case by researching on specifics of a national (regional) culture of a country/area of the students’ own choice, with emphasis on organization, work and management culture.( week 7-10 and presentation on 10.03.2021)
