Workshops with Preparatory Work, group assignments and Seminar (2 cr):
The students write group assignments about Immigration and Integration in accordance with the instructions found on Moodle. The assignments consist of both individual parts and group parts. The assignments are based on relevant academic literature and other sources (for example legal Acts, interviews, documentaries etc). Deadline of the group assignments is 25.9. The group presents and discusses one chosen topic or case (see Moodle) at a seminar the same day (20 minutes/group). Assessment scale: 0-5.

Compulsory classes, study visit and conference (1 cr):
The students take part in classes, a study visit to Turun Islamilainen Yhdyskunta (17.9) and in the conference program Människohandel och det mänskliga mötet, 9.10. at 9 am to 4 pm. Students hand in reflections on the conference on Moodle. Assessment scale: pass/fail. Deadline: 14.10.2019.
