Description

The cultural sector, like many other sectors of the labour market, is changing rapidly. The fast pace of change places new demands on the competences and skills of freelancers and entrepreneurial creators. With a focus on the skills that working life demands today, the continuing education package "Kreatörsverkstaden" (Creator workshop) offers a number of courses in the covering creative entrepreneurship, digitalisation and sustainability. The aim of the course entity is to provide participants with skills that strengthen their professional career and position in the field. Participants can choose to attend the entire course entity or parts of it, i.e. only individual courses.

Objective

identify and understand the characteristics of the creative and cultural sector

explore different options and scenarios in your creative and entrepreneurial endeavours

structure and visualise your creative and entrepreneurial goals and plans

take an active approach to your future as a creator and entrepreneur

develop project plans, coordinate and implement projects.

master the basics of creating cultural events, planning, organising, evaluating and developing an event and its activities.

know and be able to use relevant tools for problem solving, concept development and service design.

be familiar with AI and be able to relate AI to their own industry and their own creativity

know what you need to consider to find and meet your digital audience

know the basics of digital marketing

be able to target your marketing to the right audiences

be able to reflect on the choices you make in your profession based on the acquired knowledge of sustainability

be able to reflect on your own role in solving sustainability issues and your tools for solutions.

know and be able to relate to concepts such as accessibility, inclusion and diversity.

have knowledge of the possibilities and arenas of culture from a social sustainability perspective.
