The student:
- knows how to plan, implement, report, present and evaluate projects
- can use project planning and management tools
- understands the importance of sharing knowledge within the project team
- can conduct a risk analysis and set up an action plan
- can organize the activities of a project group in accordance with the client’s wishes
- takes responsibility for his/her own activity and acts in accordance with approaches agreed upon

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student possesses basic knowledge of concepts used in project management.

The student has an overall understanding of tools that can be used in project planning and management.

The student is familiar with projects as a working method.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has a good understanding of concepts in project management and can write basic reports.

The student can use project planning and management tools for simpler projects.

The student is familiar with the various components of a project and can, under supervision, carry out a project from planning to follow-up.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has advanced knowledge of concepts in project management and can write more complex reports.

The student can use project planning and management tools for more advanced projects.

The student has a thorough understanding of the various components of a project and can independently carry out a project from planning to follow-up.
