Objective

The student:
- manage the fundamentals of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D-modelling of building services
- can work in projects that exploit BIM for effective completion of HVAC design
- can perform collision reports, create assembly models and exploit Information Takeoff (ITO) in BIM
- are aware of the Common BIM requirements (CoBIM) and how they are exploited in HVAC design

Content

- fundamental processes and working methods of HVAC design in BIM with different software’s
- HVAC design modelling tasks with collision reports and assembly models

Qualifications

The courses of Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Heating and Heat Distribution and Water and Drainage Systems or corresponding studies, or similar knowledge
