Objective
The Student:
- is familiar with Church organization, decision-making processes, actors, and activities
- knows the employee's rights and obligations in different work communities
- can follow and promote organizations' goals and strategies
- be prepared for professional interaction and actively work for one's own and the work community's occupational health
- have skills in ecclesiastical dialogue in the church and society based on the Lutheran values
- has the ability and tools to take care of one's own well-being at work
