- identifies and analyzes disturbances in vital functions, understands their underlying causes, and responds with appropriate interventions
- performs safe medication and fluid therapy, adhering to best practice and safety protocols
- applies and justifies the use of aseptic techniques in various care contexts
- assesses care needs and plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on clinical scenarios and simulation exercises
- delivers appropriate evidence-based interventions across diverse healthcare environments
- collaborates effectively in interprofessional teams, applying clear and professional communication
- functions as an active member of a resuscitation team during advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ACPR)
- responds competently in crisis and disaster situations, demonstrating situational awareness and prioritization
- recognizes the importance of psychological defusing for patients and care staff following critical events
- provides empathetic and knowledgeable support and guidance to critically ill patients and their families

Exceptional written work and participation in opposition may be characterized by outstanding technical execution, a compelling oral presentation, insightful reflections, and an independent approach to the assignment.
