Objective

Student:
-masters the central legal principles and regulations of administration as part of administrative operations and civil service work.
-understands and is well-acquainted with the administrative authority's material, legal, and territorial competence, as well as the central norms for administrative procedures.
-understands the connections between administrative operations and constitutional law, as well as regulations concerning fundamental rights and human rights.
-acquires the legal regulations of civil servant law as part of the civil servant's tasks and can, when necessary, apply conflict-of-interest rules in practice, while also understanding the criminal legal responsibility of civil servants.
-masters basic knowledge of public access legislation, archival legislation, and data protection.
