Learning Goals for the Study Period (Course)
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to:
• Be familiar with and able to define the history of games and the game industry.
• Demonstrate an understanding of different game platforms.
• Identify and distinguish between various game genres.
• Recognize the different components and actors involved in the value chain of game development and distribution.
• Understand the double materiality approach, which introduces a process for considering the impacts that people and the planet have on a business, as well as the impacts that the business has on people and the planet.
