Objective

Learning Goals for the Study Period (Course)
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to:

• Use 2D graphics software and the necessary tools for creating graphics for games.
• Create textures for games and understand how to optimise their use.
• Be familiar with the concept of 2D animation and be able to create 2D animations.
• Apply color theory, composition, and visual communication to create 2D game graphics.
• Develop a distinctive artistic style and expression that enhances storytelling.
• Understand the interconnectivity between software, design choices, and energy usage/hardware load, and recognise its consequences for player experience and the environment.
