The Student:
- is familiar with their university of applied sciences, its teaching methods, use of various platforms, and digital tools
- can conduct basic literature searches using various databases and information retrieval systems
- reflects on the nature of higher education and understands the importance of the personal learning process concerning continuous learning and professional development
- is familiar with their chosen field of study and understands the competence requirements of their future profession
- can communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a clear, structured, and purposeful manner
- understands the principles of academic writing and can apply them in their studies
- can use appropriate referencing systems and follow Novia's academic writing guidelines when reporting and citing sources
- can search for information using various methods and tools and assess the credibility and relevance of sources critically
- is aware of the principles of sustainable development and understands how they apply both within higher education and their professional field
