- possesses knowledge of preventive care practices and the nursing care of common national and global infectious diseases
- is familiar with the principles of epidemiology as it relates to infectious diseases
- understands the various routes of transmission and can assess and prevent infection risks, including the implementation of isolation procedures
- is capable of guiding and supporting individuals in managing risks and procedures related to suspected global epidemics and pandemics

The role of microbiota and the immune system in health and disease
The development of antimicrobial resistance and its consequences

Current trends in national and global infectious diseases
Transmission routes and infection prevention strategies
Isolation, quarantine, and aseptic techniques

Despite following the instructions for the written work, the student demonstrates insufficient knowledge of both the subject matter and other students' work, with only a minimal understanding of key concepts.

Exceptional written work and participation in opposition may be characterized by outstanding technical execution, a compelling oral presentation, insightful reflections, and an independent approach to the assignment.
