- can identify ethical problems and demonstrate an ethical approach

- can guide the patient
- can plan, perform, and evaluate safe medication management
- can communicate with patients and colleagues in Swedish or Finnish at Level A2

The internship can be conducted in acute nursing care, maternity nursing care, nursing care of children, adolescents, and families, internal medical and/or surgical nursing care, nursing care of individuals in need of special assistance, primary nursing care, mental health and addiction nursing care, geriatric nursing care, palliative nursing care, and end-of-life nursing care

Bedömningskriterier, godkänt/underkänt

The Student:
- has achieved the learning objectives for the internship at a satisfactory level
- is open to feedback and demonstrates a willingness to develop professional skills
- follows work schedules and respects agreed-upon times
- ask relevant questions that support the learning process
- generally works in a structured manner and demonstrates basic accuracy during key tasks
- can carry out tasks under supervision
- possesses basic knowledge and actively engages by asking insightful questions
- can follow guidelines and instructions and takes responsibility for assigned tasks
- can make basic decisions related to work assignments
- understands professional values and adheres to ethical principles
- communicates appropriately and respectfully with patients, clients, and customers
- demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- can communicate with patients and colleagues in Swedish or Finnish at the expected level
