Objective
The student:
- participates in a multiprofessional team and create a natural caring relationship with the patient
- communicates with patients and colleagues in Swedish or Finnish, the main supervision will be carried out in Swedish or Finnish
- follows general rules and routines in the working environment
- applies evidence-based knowledge to primary health care and home nursing care
- implements the nursing process in primary health care and home nursing care
- shows respect for the patient´s integrity and autonomy when caring for the patient in a home environment
- understands aseptic working methods in a home environment
- can support the patient´s family in their care for the patient
- can perform safe drug administration
- demonstrates skills to in using digital services and health technology in primary care
- demonstrates skills to inform and guide the patient/client to different services
- understands the nurses role in the service chain
