Objective

After passing the course, the student:
- Know key concepts regarding factors that affect indoor air
- Knows measurement methods for indoor air and moisture, and can investigate concrete damage
- Knows about legislation regarding indoor climate and healthy houses
- Can perform measurements that affect the indoor climate systematically,
- Can report and assess the results in indoor climate studies
- Understands the indoor climate problems of buildings, psychological and chemical factors in conditioning mapping and the need for collaboration with different parties

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Knows different ways to take measurements of indoor climate and humidity. Know how to investigate concrete damages.

Can seek out the legislation, regulations and regulations that affect the review and assessment of the indoor climate, and know the most central factors that affect it negatively.

Can perform moisture measurements and make assessments of results regarding indoor air and measurement results for further investigations

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Can perform and document moisture measurements and know the methods of air measurement. Can investigate concrete damage and know where samples should be taken. Is familiar with carbonation test.

Know the legislation, regulations and regulations that affect the review and assessment of the indoor climate, and know the key factors that affect it negatively.

Can collaboratively and methodically perform various measurements that affect indoor air, and understands the study unit and can prioritize and interpret results

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Master moisture measurement and can document air quality and moisture measurements, and understands the strengths and weaknesses of different methods, and knows what factors can have a negative impact on the indoor climate and how these quantities are measured. Can do complete concrete structure examination for damaged structures and can interpret the test results

Is familiar with legislation, regulations and regulations that affect the review and assessment of the indoor climate, and has good insights into factors that affect it negatively

Can collaborate and methodically perform reliable measurements that affect indoor air and assess overall and results and make priorities.
