Know the concept of real estate
Knows real estate and other registers.
Know the most common surveying methods.
Knows the different coordinate and altitude systems in our country

Can take data from the property system and understand the importance of the information.
Knows the meaning of rights and obligations that may belong to a property
Know the meaning of the information in the law and mortgage register
Understands the meaning of different measurement methods and knows a couple of common methods.
Understand the structure of Finland's coordinate and elevation systems

Can describe the significance of the real estate system for society and the provisions on the transfer of real estate.
Can describe the significance of enrollment and pledge.
Can perform basic engineering surveying
Can perform conversions between different coordinate systems
