Objective

Competence objectives of the study period (course)
The student:
- understands and masters creative processes and visual presentation methods in design work
- understands user-oriented planning and the importance of ergonomics
- understands the interplay between qualitative, functional, and aesthetic values in product design and can apply these
- can manufacture their own product based on previously acquired technical knowledge and material knowledge
- promotes sustainable and locally produced materials

Content

The course consists of processes and methods that help students plan user-oriented products and present their work. Product manufacturing according to their own design.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Grade 1 (pass)
The student
- participates in the course according to the mandatory attendance requirements
- completes assignments and receives a passing grade
- understand the basic contents of the course of studies
 
Grade 2 (fair)
The student
- participates in the course
- completes assignments in an independent manner
- hands in the required assignments 
- understand the contents of the course of studies
- gathers information independently

- actively participates in the course
- completes assignments independently and in a manner that shows initiative
- hands in the required assignments on time
- understand the contents of the course of studies
