After passing the course the student is expected to:
- be able to define, identify and describe basic concepts in equalization calculations
- be able to understand basic principles for equalization calculations
- be able to perform equalization calculations and explain and defend the basic principles for equalization calculations
- be able to compare and critically evaluate approaches to equalization calculations
- be able to simulate calculations and analyze the results using statistical methods

- identification of overdetermined measurement problems
- equalization of overdetermined measurement problems with the least squares method
- simulation of measurement technology problems
- analysis of measurement results with statistical methods
