Objective

The student:
- has a basic knowledge of and is able to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D modelling of ordinary buildings
- is able to work in teams using BIM to enhance efficiency, both in structural and site planning and production, of building projects

Content

- Basic processes and working methods for BIM design, and BIM during the life of the building.
- Overview of the industry's transformation from a Nordic perspective.
- Modeling exercises of frame structures and design in BIM environment and quality assurance of these.
