Objective

The student:
- can plan, implement and evaluate the follow-up of the health of the employee and the work
community and support the maintenance of work capacity and use a resource enhancing way of working
- can explain the principles of good interprofessional occupational health care- can evaluate the effect of work, work society and the environment on health
- can plan, implement and evaluate the follow-up of the elderly's health and functional ability with sustainable resource enhancing methods at the individual and community level
- can work in interprofessional working groups and networks as well as realise health care in a home environment
