Objective
The student will be able to:
- plan and manage concrete work in a technically and ergonomically correct and environmentally sustainable manner and is thus familiar with the most common concrete working methods
- understand and explain why concrete testing is carried out
- carry out concrete testing and write lab reports

- Consistency of concrete
- Sight analysis
- The compressive strength of the concrete
- Concrete proportioning
- The moisture content and humus content of the stone material
- The properties of the concrete mass in various storage permits
- Winter concrete
- Underwater concrete
- Concrete laboratories and visit to a concrete production station
Qualifications
The educational module Introduction to Building Techniques and the math course Functions and Equations 1, or similar knowledge
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The course is graded on a pass/fail basis.
The course requires active attendance and participation in lectures and compulsory exercises.
All compulsory exercises and presentations, as well as the exam, must be passed in order to pass the course.
