Objective
The student
• Can create a career plan and vision based on self-analyse.
• Knows what self-branding is and how it can be utilised when planning careers
• Sets goals and action plans and takes next steps.
• Makes use of career models and tools, e.g. AI
• Designs a career path that emphasise your competences, personality, interests, and values.

Qualifications
No prerequisites.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
If the students does the described assignments and participates in the process, they are accepted. If the students are passive and do not make any progress, then they have failed.
Further information
Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration. The demonstration must be agreed with the course teacher.
The course can be replaced by another course at Master's level (EQF7). The student must apply for replacement in Peppi.
