Objective
The students
- have basic knowledge and skills in microscopy and cell biological, immunological and histological methods.
- command the basic settings of the microscope.
- are able to carry out cell biological, immunological and histological laborations according to method descriptions.
- are able to use central sources of information and scientific publications concerning methods in biosciences.
- are able to examine, analyze and document laboratory work.
