    Competence objectives of the study unit
    After passing the course, the student can:
    - Know the concepts and methods of energy efficiency, and can make general calculations for this
    - Know the most common methods for examining the condition of buildings
    - Know the most common types of damage to buildings and facades
    - Can account for the condition of a building based on surveys and propose measures
