Objective
The student
- has basic knowledge of Finnish labor law
- has a general readiness to interpret and apply the laws, regulations, collective agreements and other standards that regulate the conditions in the labor market
Content
- Central features of Finnish labor law.
- The importance of legislation and collective agreements
- The rights and obligations of the employer or employee respectively
- Action in disputes
- Privacy and data protection under the general data protection regulation
