    Competence objectives of the study unit
    This will enrich the students understanding of how to apply health-technology in the context of nursing. They are expected to engage in meaningful learning, be exposed to new and different ways of approaching nursing and providing care, appreciate international approaches to health policy and delivery, and participate in collegiate learning forming educational relationships with international peers.

    Mandatory pre-course work in National groups: the students will answer in a Power-Point (Topic 1): How is the healthcare system structured in the country (e.g., governance, laws, levels of government involved, philosophy of care, funding, organization)? Who is involved in and responsible for welfare, social care, healthcare and assistive technology for health care purposes? What are the different ‘levels of care’ in the health system and how are they coordinated? How did the healthcare system handle COVID-19 pandemic?

    During the course week: Students will work in International groups with suggested topics (Topic 2-4), create an Infografics/Poster, one page executive summary and 3 minutes video
