Objective
A course within the ’Cirkus’ project.
The target is to give the participants an overview of current risks, cases, and theories and methods in risk management. Further the course gives an insight into what is expected from modern companies and leaders in these questions.
Target Group for the course: Leaders / Managers in industry and business.

What is Risk management (RM) ? Why RM ? Modules in RM, cases, theories and methods in RM.
