The concept of Morality and professional responsibility
The concept of Values, values in conflict etc., Corporate values, case study.

Crash course in ethical theory, utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics, rights based approaches, post-modern ethics etc.

Responsibility issues, corporations in the society, stakeholders, Corporate Responsibility in value chains, anti-corruption, Corporate (Social) Responsibility, CR vs. the individual, Whistleblowing, Codes of Conduct, Case studies and discussion.
