The student
- Has basic understanding in oral and written Finnish
- Is familiar with the main structures of the language and has acquired a basic vocabulary
- Can use Finnish in everyday situations
During the course we will focus on:
- Oral and written exercises
- Finnish everyday vocabulary
- Texts
- Reading and listening comprehensions
- Grammar/language structures
Exam schedules
Oral and written exam at the end of the course. Written exam on retake examination day 27.3 or 24.4.

Further information
The course is an intensive course and successful completion requires student participation and activity. Attendance at least 50 %.
