Objective

The student:
- knows about practical foremanship, staff administration as well as activity planning within the social field.
- is able to identify goals, visions strategies and development needs in the social field.
- is able to lead activities in accordance with the ethical principles of the social field and is able to define development needs within his/her own leadership.
