Students follow the thesis writing instructions for Novia UAS.
Literature about thesis topic and data, resources within the own research area.

Self studies with Thesis.
Booked individual guidance meeting with supervisors.
Guidance in group sessions with Jaana.

Exam schedules
Students work individually with their Thesis and are expected to participate in group sessions for the thesis to advance.
1. Finished and presented Thesis. Students present thesis at the mandatory presentation seminar 25th November 2024. Deadline for submission for thesis final review is 11th November 2024. Individual feedback is given by supervisor at final thesis review.
2. Opposition and Opponent Story. Students have read and critically reviewed appointed thesis and oppose it at the mandatory presentation seminar. Students write an opponent story as essay for the appointed thesis, deadline: 25th November 2024. Feedback for opposition and opponent story is given in thesis assessment document.
3. Maturity Test. Students write the mandatory maturity test 26th November 2024.
Completion alternatives
Finished and presented thesis. The mandatory parts are conducted at campus Alere.
Feedback is given individually during the individual guidance sessions.
Finished and approved course part statement and presentation, grade Pass/Fail.

The student has followed instructions and shows sufficient knowledge about the theme.
The student has shown interest.
Fail:
The student has not followed instructions and shows especially insufficient knowledge about the theme.
The student has not shown much interest.
