Objective
Students can
- define and apply the concepts and principles of radiation protection in native X-ray, dental care and animal imaging.
- identifying, evaluating and minimising the risks of using radiation and preparing and responsible for radiation safety incidents
- justify their decisions on the basis of existing laws and regulations in nativity, dental and animal x-ray operations, and implement and monitor radiation protection arrangements in their area of expertise, including radiation protection for workers and the public,
- to guide the safe use of radiation, in the introduction of new methods and its optimisation, in quality assurance and to contribute to the development of a good safety culture regarding radiation in collaboration with the radiation safety expert
