Objective

The student:
- knows structuring, management and quality guarantee in sales
- masters sales techniques and knows how to close a deal
- is able to set up goals, follow up and motivate
- has basic knowledge in customer behaviour and how to apply that in sales
- has knowledge in sales systematics and can apply that in practice
