Objective

The student
- knows how to prevent forest damage and manage pests
- can identify the most common forest pests
- knows the population dynamics of different species
- knows how climate change can affect forest damage

The most common forest pests
Forest Damages Prevention Act
Population dynamics
Climate change and pests that can become more common in a milder climate
The course is based on several of the global sustainability goals, mainly the goal of Life on land
