Objective

To develop the student’s ability to understand his/her own behavior in the leadership context. To develop insight and the ability to identify and address personal and interpersonal development needs. The student strengthens his/her self- knowledge while developing and adopting the ability to understand and lead people.

Content

Learning Outcomes:
LO 1: Basics of Behavioral Science. Self-awareness, self-reflection, critical self-review. Self-leadership for personal development and evaluation for personal development and for change.
LO 2: Personality psychology, modern test methods, and other analysis for self-evaluation.
LO 3: Individuals in teams building networks, partnerships. Working with others in a cross-cultural context. Fundamentals of decision-making.
