Assessment methods and criteria
The course is evaluated based on grades (0-5) for assignments (individual and / or team). The average of the grades for assignments form the final grade in the course. The manufacturing of products is assessed as pass/fail.
Assessment criteria, fail (0)
The student has very poor knowledge of the content in cosmetics and the function of different components in cosmetics.
The diary of product development and manufacturing is is inadequate or missing.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student has very poor knowledge of the content in cosmetics and the function of different components in cosmetics.
The diary of product development and manufacturing is good.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
The student has good knowledge of the content in cosmetics and the function of different components in cosmetics.
