Objective

The student develops his/her ability to understand the own behavior in the leadership context. The student develops an insight and the ability to identify and address personal and interpersonal development needs. The student strengthens his/her self- knowledge while developing and adopting the ability to understand and lead people.

Content

Basics of Behavioral Science. Self-awareness, self- reflection and personal development. Critical self-review and evaluation for personal development and for change. Personality psychology, modern test methods and other analysis for self-evaluation. Individuals in teams building networks, partnerships. Fundamentals of decision-making and communication theory.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Evaluation:
Numerical for PASS from 1 to 5 and
0 for FAIL: No participating in the contact lessons, no returned tasks.
