Objective

The student:
- possesses knowledge of the measurements for residential facilities
- knows how to deal with building permit documents
- knows what information the main drawings should contain.

Content

The studies involve students in couples planning a less simple residential building on an existing detailed site in Raseborg.

The student becomes acquainted with detailed plans, buildings 'and rooms' dimensions and general organization inside a house and on a plot with detailed plans. The goal is to create building permits for a working house. The documents are presented according to the authorities' instructions.

Each student presents their drawings and describes them orally before the audience, ie. the entire student group who attends the course.
