Objective

Students are familiar with contract law from an international perspective

Content

-contractual commitments in international business and risk management
-drafting and content of international commercial contracts such as sales contract, agency and distribution agreements, franchising and licensing contracts.
- dispute settlement and choice of law questions in international contract law.

Students are familiar with different types of agreements in international situations

Students can explain the basics of international contract law and know how to resolve contractual disputes under international trade agreements
Students can explain different agreements, such as purchase contracts, employment contracts, transport agreements that may occur in international trade situations.

Students master international contract law and are aware of how contractual disputes can be resolved under international trade agreements. Students can explain the laws governing international agreements
