The student
- knows the methods and conditions for growing deciduous forest and special timber
- can give advice regarding pruning
- knows methods for the production of energy wood
- knows about production of Christmas trees
- knows about the production of decorative greenery.
Content
Cultivation of broadleaved trees
Cultivation of curly birch, black alder, hybrid aspen and larch
Pruning
Christmas tree cultivation and decorative greenery
The course is based on several of the global sustainability goals, mainly the goal of Responsible consumption and production
