Objective

The student
- has knowledge of regulations governing properties
- understands legislation affecting properties
- knows registration authorities and extracts
- knows the requirements for the sale and purchase of properties
- has knowledge of property development and knows different forms of ownership
- has knowledge in the management of individual roads.

Agrology students can evaluate farm properties and forest students can evaluate forest properties
