Objective
The student:
- has basic knowledge of environmental and quality management systems and their purpose and benefits
- knows ISO standards and how they are structured
- knows environment, health and safety procedures in organization
Content
The course focuses on the steps in implementing an Environmental Management System according to ISO14001, Environmental Policy, Initial Environmental Review, Aspects and Impacts, Objectives and Tragets, Procedures, Routines, Environmental Programme and Audit. Also, eco-labels for consumers, that exist on market, are discussed and touched upon
