Objective

The student
- has basic knowledge about the history and development of renaissance music.
- becomes familiar with the secondary literature on renaissance music.

Location and time

On-site weekend in Jakobstad 13.-14.9. with guest teacher Andrew Lawrence-King.

Materials

Most important primary historical sources, as well as the secondary literature about Renaissance and early Baroque music.
