Objective
The student should be able to:
-Identify and analyze central issues in various contractual relationships.
-Understand and use legal terminology, especially in commercial and corporate law.
-Select the appropriate corporate form, considering both business and legal aspects.
-Have knowledge of decision-making processes and responsibilities in different corporate structures.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Students:
-can identify some central issues in various contractual relationships.
-understand and can use certain basic legal terms, particularly in commercial and company law.
-can choose a company form and understand the legal differences between various types of business entities.
-has basic knowledge of key topics (e.g., contract law, obligations law, debt collection law, sales law, consumer law, and company law) but with limited in-depth understanding.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Students:
-can identify and analyze central issues in various contractual relationships with appropriate depth and clarity.
-demonstrate understanding and correct use of legal terms, particularly in commercial and company law.
-can choose an appropriate company form with sound reasoning and have a good understanding of decision-making processes and responsibilities in different company structures, and can apply this knowledge to practical situations.
demonstrate good knowledge of key topics and can apply theoretical concepts to practical situations within commercial and company law.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Students:
-can identify, analyze, and offer solutions to complex issues in various contractual relationships.
-demonstrate excellent knowledge of legal terminology and use it correctly in various contexts within commercial and company law.
-can motivate the choice of the most appropriate company form, with a comprehensive understanding of both business and legal aspects, and have an excellent understanding of decision-making processes and responsibilities in different company structures, and can apply this knowledge in real-world situations.
-demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all key topics and can integrate concepts from different areas of law, offering well-reasoned and detailed insights into commercial and company law issues.
