The student:
- knows how personnel management is connected to an organization’s activities, goals and strategies
- is able to describe the recruitment process, staff’s competence development and compensation
- understands the connection between a staff’s well-being and the organization's success
- understands how the organization can pursue a sustainable personnel policy as well as the importance of being an attractive employer
