- can plan, implement, evaluate and document the patient's care in maternity health care during pregnancy and childhood

Clinical antenatal midwifery
Location and time
The course is conducted during 2026.
Information and seminar are held at Alere.
Supervised clinical practice at delivery ward according to individual internship plan.

Supervised clinical practice at antenatal clinic.
Supervision and assessment discussion with the teacher.

Exam schedules
All documents must be submitted to the teacher no later than one week after completing the internship.
Completion alternatives
Performed and approved clinical practice.
Reflection diary.
Case with current theme from clinical practice, with references to at least two scientific sources.
Participation in internship seminar.
Student workload
27h / cr
1.5 cr / working week = 40 hours. Of these, 38 hours are performed at the internship and 2 hours are considered for individual assignments. The seminar comprising 3 hours is included in the total working hours.
