Objective

The student:
- knows the basics of leadership and sustainable methods for development in health care
- understands the importance of co-operation and the workplace community
- demonstrates knowledge of quality assurance in care work
- can prioritise work tasks
- is familiar with the possibilities of health technology in social and health care
- can use health care science and interdisciplinary knowledge in decision making as team leader
