Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Students show a basic understanding of the key laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
Students have a basic understanding of the principles of risk management and can identify common risks.
Students demonstrates basic knowledge of the procurement process and can participate in simple procurements.
Students have basic knowledge of contract negotiations and can participate in simple negotiations.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students can identify and apply relevant laws and regulations in practical situations.
Students can apply the principles of risk management in practical scenarios and suggest measures to minimize risks.
Students can conduct procurements according to current regulations and best practices, as well as evaluate bids.
Students can conduct contract negotiations, identify key contract terms, and ensure that the contracts are fair and legal.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Students demonstrate in-depth knowledge of legislation and can analyze complex legal issues in the real estate industry.
Students show a deep understanding of risk management and can develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
Students demonstrate expertise in the procurement process, can handle complex procurements, and negotiate favorable contracts.
Students show expertise in contract negotiations, can handle complex negotiations, and negotiate favorable agreements for all parties.
